Who you’re contracting with

pcnappeal.uk is operated by Desymphony EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Trading address: Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].

Informational use only — not legal advice

This site provides informational summaries of UK Penalty Charge Notice contravention codes, the statutory grounds for appeal, the procedural deadlines, and a representations- letter scaffold you adapt and send yourself. It is not legal advice, it does not create a solicitor–client relationship, and it does not submit appeals on your behalf. We are not affiliated with Transport for London, London Councils, any local authority, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, POPLA, the IAS, or the DVLA. For advice on a specific or contested case, consult Citizens Advice or a qualified solicitor. See the full disclaimer.

No warranty

We work to keep code meanings, charge amounts, grounds and deadlines accurate and cited to primary sources, but information is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Charges, codes and deadlines change, and the figures on your own notice govern. Always check the dates and amounts printed on your PCN before relying on anything here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desymphony EOOD is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including a missed deadline or a rejected appeal.

Acceptable use

You may use this site for personal, informational purposes. You may not scrape it at a scale that burdens the service, misrepresent it as affiliated with a government body or an authority, or use it unlawfully.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We have chosen England and Wales because the site is aimed at a UK audience and its subject matter — civil parking enforcement under the Traffic Management Act 2004 — is a matter of the law of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
